RJ's involvement with "Healing Caps" started in 2002, when RJ's son & brother were stricken with "non-hodgkins lymphoma" within months of each other. RJ decided to do "something" to lighten spirits, & decided a "outstanding quality cap" with a relevant phrase would be a start. RJ has since given away over 6,000 caps to hospitals, treatment centers, and individuals from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Nebraska.
